  We are staying here for a month + while we are house hunting in the area. This RV park is so close to everything! There are only about 20 spaces, and more than half are full time rvers and mobile homers. We are able to walk to the lake, the East marina is right across the street. Within a few minutes drive is all Big Bear has to offer...the slopes, Village, restaurants, and right now...Oktoberfest at the convention center!
  New owners have been doing a lot of work since they bought it in June 2017. The park is very clean and well cared for by the on-site managers. It has a laundry room, and bathrooms. One shower stall only, but again, it's not crowded here.
  Each space is paved and relatively level. Sites are spacious, most have trees, and each has a firepit and picnic table. The park is very quiet! There is some road noise from the main street in front, but it's not bad. Lots of blue jays, bunnies, and squirrels for your entertainment!
  They have daily, weekly, and monthly rates. All sites are full hookups. Cable T.V. is great, and the Wi-Fi has been strong and reliable.
  We love the privacy, proximity to the bike path and lake, and being able to get to the Village and market in 5 minutes. Very nice, comfortable, safe little RV park.
